Following some life-changing moments, Sushila felt inspired to share these practices with others.

Privileged enough to complete her Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh India. Sushila immersed herself in the rich tapestry of yoga philosophies, meditation techniques, and the anatomy of the body. From her love of conscious movement, she went on to become trained in level 3 classical mat pilates.

Sushila spent 5 years exploring cultures such including Bali, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, seeking out community and practicing in each destination.​
